Visual Effects Suite 2 and Vegas Pro 12, two new packages from Sony Creative

These suites allow users to improve their productions with professional tools through a continuous and integrated workflow.

Sony Creative Software has released two new packages, Movie Studio Platinum: Visual Effects Suite 2 and Vegas Pro Suite. Both come equipped with versions of HitFilm 2 visual effects software developed by FXhome. These new collections allow users to enhance their productions with professional special effects through a seamless, integrated workflow. The HitFilm 2 also allows users to easily edit video in almost any format, including high definition and stereoscopic 3D.

Vegas Pro 12 Suite also offers an exciting set of professional audio and video editing applications in almost any format, including high definition and stereoscopic 3D.

Movie Studio Platinum: Visual Effects Suite 2 offers several creative tools for producing with a totally professional touch, and Sony Creative Software offers interoperability between HitFilm 2 and Movie Studio Platinum 12. Users can move material between the applications to efficiently use effects and editing tools from both products. HitFilm 2 Express is recommended for budding filmmakers as it allows you to add visual intensity to movies with advanced 3D compositing, “film-like” filters, and over a hundred visual effects.
