David Baranski, new vice president of sales for Envivio Americas

Baranski has two decades of sales management experience in the cable, telecommunications and video broadcast industries.

Envivio has appointed David Baranski as new vice president of sales in the Americas and North America, and Shengli Han as vice president of sales in Asia Pacific. With Baranski's leadership in the Americas, the company intends to expand sales in the region, including adding new account executives to focus on the US market.

Baranski has two decades of sales management experience in the cable, telecommunications and video broadcast industries.

Most recently, he was senior vice president of global sales and engineering at Cheetah. He previously worked at IneoQuest, Terayon Communications (now part of Motorola), Advent Networks and 3Com.

Shengli Han has spent 14 years in various executive and sales positions at homson Broadcast Systems and Grass Valley, where he became general manager of the company in the North Asia and China regions. Early in his career he was an engineer at SARFT, which manages radio, film and television in China and has built strong links with broadcasters in Asia Pacific and pay-TV operators.
