Australian F1 Grand Prix uses Mura MPX video controllers Matrox. These controller cards have been chosen to facilitate high-demand operations during the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix races.

With a dozen monitors installed in the control room, the event's communications team has purchased the Trenton TVC4401 control system, installed along with three Matrox Mura MPX-4/4 cards, each with four outputs and four inputs, along with two MPX-V16s, capable of capturing up to 16 channels of NTSC/PAL/SECAM video each.

The Mura MPX cards capture ten universal inputs (including updates on the number of laps of the race, the position of the cars, etc.) and 32 cameras located along the course, displaying each of them through a matrix of 6×2 Samsung 460UX monitors.

The Australian Grand Prix wanted a high-performance video wall to monitor the camera images and all the logistics of such a complex event. Flexibility and value for money were determining factors in the final choice of the company in charge of the project The P.A. People. To do this, they opted for Mura video wall controllers because these cards allow perfect capture of the progress of the race from start to finish.

For the Grand Prize of this 2013 The P.A. People will maintain its commitment to this configuration.
