The RNE station will sign a collaboration agreement with Casa de América to broadcast two programs monthly from the headquarters of this institution.

Foreign Radio of SpainRadio Exterior joins the celebration of World Radio Day and carries out all its programming this Wednesday from Casa de América from 10 in the morning until 8 in the afternoon. Radio Exterior actively participates in the event organized by UNESCO as one of the associated media and will connect live during the 'Open Europe' program with the organization's headquarters in Paris. In addition, the station strengthens the ties that unite it with Casa de América with the signing of a collaboration agreement.

During the day, the 'Línea España' programs will be held live at 10:05, featuring, among others, the couturier Modesto Lomba and the jeweler Jesús Yanes; 'Made in Spain' at 10.30; ‘Marca España’ at 12:05 with the president of Renfe, Julio Gómez Pomar; 'Eureka' at 12:30, with Rafael Matesanz, director of the National Transplant Organization, as a guest; 'A language without borders' at 5:05 p.m., with the novelists Luis Mateo Díez and Patricio Pron; and 'Hora América' at 7:05 p.m., where Latin radio stations located in Spain will be present.

'La Lanzadera' will also be recorded at Casa de América for later broadcast at 1:05 p.m. with the president of Madrid Emprende, Iñaki Ortega; 'Friends of the Short Wave' at 1:35 p.m.; 'Asia time' at 4:00 p.m., where it will connect with Mexico and Chile to talk about historical relations with Asia; 'Broadcast in Portuguese' at 4:25 p.m. and 'Gitanos' at 6:05 p.m., which will feature a live performance by Pitingo.

Radio Exterior actively participates in the event organized by UNESCO and will travel to the organization's headquarters in Paris. The 'Open Europe' program, directed and presented by Chema Forte, will be carried out live from Casa de América and will connect with Paris where one of the journalists on his team, Guilloume Bontoux, will be together with Luis Miguel Úbeda, RNE correspondent in Paris. At Casa de América they will have the historic journalist Julio César Iglesias, among other guests. It will be from 11.05.
Furthermore, on this special day for the radio, the director of RNE, Manuel Ventero, and the director of Casa de América, Tomás Poveda, will sign a collaboration agreement between both institutions. Every month Radio Exterior will broadcast two programs live from Casa de América ('Hora América' and 'Made in Spain'), and will announce the monthly programming of this institution.
