EVS gives the replay operator a new artistic dimension with Epsio FX

The Belgian company takes a step further in its solution for tracking with associated graphics by introducing for the first time in the Confederations Cup in Brazil the new Epsio FX that currently allows the use of more than a hundred effects.

If in the World Cup in South Africa, EVS drew attention with the premiere of its Epsio suite that allowed the creation of real-time graphic insertions on the image or graphically enriched instant replays, now the Belgian company goes a step further by introducing the new Epsio FX for the first time in the Confederations Cup in Brazil.

One of the advantages of Epsio is its total integration with the brand's Multicam LSM remote control, leaving the graphics immediately available for any attractive or problematic play.

However, the role of the repetition operator remained there. Now, EVS wants to expand its capabilities and give you creative input through the use of Epsio FX.

New creative possibilities

With this new version, in addition to being able to overprint, following the camera track, offside areas, shooting, goal distance, markers... this solution for tracking with associated graphics will go beyond a simple direct graphics to a much more creative scheme.

Epsio FX allows full automation of graphics insertions and is also emerging as a solution for quickly and easily creating video effects.

This Touch-and-go solution is integrated into EVS's usual production infrastructure, incorporating an artistic and creative dimension to live programs without the need for external resources or process delays.
