Seminar 'Pitching or how to present a project in 5 minutes', at La Industrial Media

The course, taught by Paco Rodríguez, is aimed at professionals who need to improve or reinforce their way of presenting projects or products to interlocutors to obtain financing or sales with scripts or film, audiovisual or digital content projects.

We face increasing competition in the current economic climate when it comes to seeking financing and support for our projects. Having good ideas is not enough, we must know how to communicate and sell our “creative packages” effectively and professionally.

The course is aimed at professionals who need to improve or reinforce their way of presenting projects or products to interlocutors to obtain financing or sales with scripts or film, audiovisual projects or digital content at an international level: directors of audiovisual or film companies, international sales agents, entrepreneurs in the audiovisual or multimedia sector, screenwriters, producers, executive producers, commercial directors, international sales directors, students of journalism and communication sciences..., as well as anyone interested in the subject.

In this seminar the student will learn everything they need to know about Pitching, how to make impactful oral presentations to an audience or an interlocutor, applying the appropriate techniques to control stage fright and making appropriate use of the tools and written and audiovisual resources most used in a presentation (photos, transparencies, pilot, prototype, slides, teaser, trailer, PWP, etc.)…

Paco Rodríguez, who teaches this seminar, founded PPM Multimedia, where he worked in international distribution, financing of co-productions and in the executive production of animated series such as Angle, Capelito o Caracolímpics. He was the executive producer of seven feature films awarded with four Goyas (El Cid: The Legend, Pinocchio 3000, Nocturna y Pérez, the little mouse of your dreams) and director of Filmax Animation.
