Filming begins on 'A Fistful of Kisses', David Menkes' seventh film
Produced by José Frade, P.C., with the participation of RTVE and Telemadrid, it has Néstor Calvo as director of photography.
Based on the novel A little bit of April, some May, all of September, by the writer Jordi Sierra i Fabra, the filming of For a handful of kisses.
David Menkes' seventh film (Lies and fatties, I will survive, Atomic, More than love, frenzy) the film, with a script by Menkes himself, stars Ana de Armas and Martiño Rivas.
With a cast also led by young actors Marina Salas, Megan Montaner, Alejandra Onieva, Joel Bosqued and the special collaboration of Jan Cornet and Andrea Duro, this youth romantic drama will be filmed entirely in Madrid until the end of August.
For a Fistful of Kisses tells the story of a girl, Sol, who has to rebuild her life and decides to do so by embarking on a love story. She places an ad to find the ideal boy, they meet and, from the first moment, they fall in love, starting an intense romance marked by her desire to live and his lies. Can a handful of kisses change someone's life forever?
Produced by José Frade, P.C., with the participation of RTVE and Telemadrid, it is executive produced by Constantino Frade and Adriana Frade, and produced by César Martínez. Its director of photography is Néstor Calvo, the artistic direction is by Ion Arretxe, the makeup and hair, by Elvira Granados and Satur Merino, respectively, and the costume design, by Cristina Rodríguez. In addition, Dani Fontrodona is responsible for sound, the editing is by Esther Cardenal, Richard Sahagún is the casting director and coach, and Javier Gil, the assistant director.
