Sony offers a response to a sector that innovates rapidly

Sony provides professionals with a complete range of solutions for Ultra High Definition production environments, combining products, systems and services to give 4K content creators new ways to express themselves, including the new α7S announced during NAB.

Sony is present at BIT Broadcast 2014 with its latest technological advances and complete solutions, in response to the needs of a sector that innovates rapidly. Precisely this edition of the fair is presented as more competitive and entrepreneurial, made up of new content and activities in line with the changes that the sector is experiencing, and in which 224 companies from 25 countries take part.

Sony A7SAt Stand 6D10 we can find their proposals for Ultra High Definition production environments, combining products, systems and services to offer 4K content creators new ways to express themselves, including the new α7S that was announced during NAB.

Also keep an eye on Sony's Optical Disc Archive data storage system, which offers longevity, robustness and intergenerational compatibility.

Coinciding with BIT Broadcast 2014, Sony has announced that the RTVE Corporation has once again trusted in XDCAM equipment with the acquisition of a new batch. This decision consolidates XDCAM as a reference adopted by some of the main European broadcasters such as ITV in England, RAI in Italy and, recently, also Al Jazeera in Dubai.

On the other hand, Atresmedia has renewed its production studios by acquiring around thirty Sony HDC-1700 high-definition studio cameras, based on CCD capture devices and a 3G Fiber Optic configuration.
