The Japanese Q-TEC invests in a new Pablo Rio, now adding eighteen Quantel systems in its facilities
Based in Tokyo, Q-TEC is already the post-production company with the largest number of Quantel theaters in the world.
Q-TEC, one of Japan's leading post-production companies, has invested in a turnkey Pablo Rio 4K HFR system from Quantel. This high-quality color correction and finishing system will be used for animation productions. With this Pablo, Q-TEC now has a total of eighteen Quantel systems in its facilities, becoming the post-production company with the largest number of Quantel rooms in the world.
Based in Akasaka (Tokyo), Q-TEC offers production, editing, CG/VFX, 3D conversion, offline editing and digital intermediation services, mainly for animation projects.
Pablo Rio is Quantel's high-quality color and finishing system that provides the most advanced post-production workflow. Pablo Rio runs on a high-performance PC and exploits NVIDIA Maximus multi-GPU technology to deliver true interactivity and maximum productivity, with real-time performance at 4K 60p and beyond. Pablo Rio is available as software only or as a turnkey system.
