Estructure and Vidiexco present their new video servers, content managers and solutions for journalists at CAPER 2014

With the help of CineCenter, a new dealer in Argentina, Estructure and Vidiexco will exhibit their latest developments at the CAPER Show that takes place between October 29 and 31 in Buenos Aires.

The systems integrator Vidiexco, master distributor for Latin America and the Caribbean, will present the products of the Spanish company together with CineCenter Estructure Media Systems.

At the event, Estructure premieres the new version of Xyrus Journalist, a tool for journalists and ENG's that incorporates as a novelty the connection with Google Drive for the publication of audiovisual material. Xyrus Journalist allows you to perform a multitude of tasks in the standard formats on the market: MXF (OP-atom, OP-1a), MOV, AVI, GXF, MP4, MKV, WebM, VOB, or MPEG among others. With Xyrus you can ingest, select, edit, encode and publish your audiovisual materials quickly and professionally.

Another new feature is LuxorVS 400, aimed at television channels that want to automate their Master Control Room and Production Control Room. The new generation of capture and playout servers now support resolutions up to 4K, include a video mixer for creating real-time effects and multiple playback playlists. Thanks to the Live Time Delay functionality, operators will be able to adjust the delay of the video and audio input signal, especially useful for delaying the live broadcast during its broadcast.

LuxorVS 400 has been designed to allow simultaneous recording and playback on the same server. It integrates all the technology necessary for ingestion, emission, management and visualization of content in broadcast broadcast environments. With up to 4 bidirectional channels, it plays different types of formats (MXF, MOV, AVI, MP4...) and can combine HD and SD in the same playlist.

It fits seamlessly into any existing workflow, being fully flexible and scalable, allowing you to easily grow as channel demands increase.

LuxorAIO 2.1, a powerful system for content management and archiving, can also be seen at the fair. With a new optimized web interface, users can access content from anywhere and on any device. Locating content is now faster thanks to the new document search engine: using a search field we enter the desired criteria and the system will perform the query in all metadata fields, including the texts of documents such as PDF or Word.

It also incorporates an SDI video capture system in HD-SD that allows recording the entire historical file from VTR's.
