Creativa Legal: legal and business advice for the cultural, technological and entertainment sector
Creativa Legal was born with the objective of providing legal advice as well as the management and development of projects for companies, artists, self-employed professionals and start-ups in the cultural, technological and entertainment sector, at a national and international level.

Creativa Legal aims to be the specialized partner that facilitates creatives with all the processes that come between their idea and execution. The search for financing and subsidies, sponsorships, the protection of intellectual and industrial property rights, the management of personal data, web audits, content and production consulting as well as international distribution are some of the resources that Creativa Legal makes available to its clients. In short, what this new company offers are legal solutions for creative projects.
Creativa Legal operates on two main fronts: project management and legal advice.
Regarding project management, this area is aimed at companies that work in the audiovisual, cultural and creative world. It encompasses aspects such as project financing (advice on applications and processing of subsidies and public aid, economic-financial feasibility studies, search for potential sponsors...); audiovisual content consulting covering content development, writing, co-writing and re-writing of scripts, production and design of bibles and sales documents; production consulting (legal procedures linked to audiovisual production, analysis of the most appropriate legal form for each shoot, filming permits and insurance); and distribution and marketing (film co-production, international sales, search for financing for audiovisual projects...)
As legal advice, it offers legal advice to audiovisual production and other cultural agents (intellectual property and image rights; co-production and distribution agreements and any other legal document that binds performers, scriptwriters, technical team...).
Creativa Legal also offers legal advice on new technologies and data management, covering negotiation, drafting and review of hosting contracts, web development, maintenance, transfers of rights over content; advice on the obligations and responsibilities of providers, suppliers and operators of Information Society Services; auditing of web pages, registration of personal data files, processing of minors' data and advice necessary to implement the cookie system.
Finally, Creativa Legal offers other services in relation to digital marketing, transmedia advertising, branded content, sponsorship and sports marketing.
Silvia Lobo García is the Head of the Project Management area. With more than ten years of experience in project management for the audiovisual sector, she began her career in audiovisual production companies such as Filmayer or Voracine Audiovisual, to make the big leap into the advertising and television world, thanks to Sony Pictures Television International, owner of the channels AXN, Animax and Sony Entertainment Television for Spain and Portugal, where she works as Delegate Producer of programs, coordinator of the design team and account executive for the Advertising department.
Thanks to her specialty in Entertainment Law and Negotiation, she has worked as a legal consultant in the areas of strategic marketing and business development for companies in the cultural sector, such as CineCiutat, a non-profit association with a new self-managed cinema model. He is a member of DENAE and the Union of Filmmakers.
Por su parte, Beatriz Villaverde Ante es la responsable del área de Asesoría Legal. Abogada Mercantil con diez años de experiencia, ha ejercido también en los últimos años como Consultora del Derecho del Entretenimiento para firmas nacionales y multinacionales como Johnson & Johnson, Bulgari España, RD MEDIA, Pearson Education, Plano a Plano o Amiguetes Entertainment, entre otros. Ha formado parte de las Secretarías de los Consejos de Administración de multitud de sociedades, asesorando desde el punto de vista societario y contractual.
He has also been in charge of advising on Audiovisual and/or Multimedia Productions and Publishing, in all its phases: transfers and acquisition of rights and licenses of all types, new technologies, analysis of compliance with the LSSI, LOPD and development regulations, e-commerce, privacy, as well as online advertising and marketing (social networks, product placement, branded content), collaborating in the development of various codes of conduct proposed by the Industry and Self-control.
He is a member of DENAE and ENATIC, and a regular speaker at different centers such as the European Business School.

Ángela Bosch, Consultant for CUMEDIAE, European Agency for the Development of European Cultural and Creative Projects, coordinator at the Berlinale for the European Study: Showing Films and Other Audiovisual Contents in European Schools and official ICEX consultant for Spanish audiovisual companies, lends her experience in film co-production, international sales, purchasing, marketing and seeking financing for audiovisual projects.
Diego Mas Trelles joins the Creativa Legal team as a consultant in the design of global sourcing strategies, financial structuring, forecast and marketability, contract analysis, investment advice, access to public funds, and to international festivals and markets for projects seeking co-production. Diego Mas has produced 9 feature-length fiction films, 7 documentaries and several television programs as executive or associate producer.
Ana Sants Magallón began working as a script reader for different Spanish television and production companies in 1996. Since then she has analyzed more than a thousand scripts and participated as a script consultant or story editor in the development of more than thirty released feature films, including the 2008 Goya for Adapted Screenplay, Under the Stars by Félix Viscarret; the Goya 2009 for Novel Direction, El Truco del Manco by Santiago Zannou or the Goya 2010 for Novel Direction, Three days with the family by Mar Coll. She is a tutor for several script development workshops in Spain, Europe and Latin America.
Christian Routh es script editor y consultor de guiones para películas. Afincado en Cataluña, trabaja para diversas empresas de producción cinematográfica, así como para entidades del sector público de la UE como Eurimages, Europa Creativa, The Baltic Film and Media School, Media Business School, Proimágenes Colombia, el Instituto de Cine de Estonia, y el Binger Film Lab en Amsterdam, donde ha ejercido como tutor durante más de 14 años y continúa haciéndolo en la actualidad. Además, Christian cuenta con una gran experiencia como film buyer y productor ejecutivo para Thorn-EMI, Cannon UK y Red Rooster Films.
