Grupo Secuoya and the production company Fábula have reached an agreement through which Fábula TV will be created, called to become a strong production company capable of leading the Chilean market.

By virtue of the agreement, Secuoya will offer its new partner the know-how of a company that has been able to promote in Spain and export abroad a successful model that covers the audiovisual sector in a transversal way.

For its part, the experience, reputation and solvency of Fábula, one of the most awarded production companies in the Latin American market, means for Grupo Secuoya "to enter Chile through the front door", explains its president, Raúl Berdonés. Fábula, the only Chilean production company that produces for HBO, is a firm with its eyes set on cinema, advertising and with an excellent reputation in the production of television content.

"As a Spaniard," Berdonés continues, "the fact that Fábula clearly recognizes the talent and know-how of a group like Secuoya, fills me with satisfaction. This agreement is the paradigm of the necessary bridges that must be built between Europe and Latin America in our sector".

The agreement includes, in addition to the production of content, the distribution of Secuoya Content Distribution's extensive catalog in Chile and Latin America, which covers all genres from fiction, entertainment, factual and documentaries, both produced by the companies of the group itself and by other companies, Spanish and foreign.

Fábula Televisión will have a staff made up of Spanish staff, who will contribute their experience to the service of this new production company. In this way, Secuoya endorses its commitment to this new project that is part of the internationalization policy in which the group is immersed.

With a decade behind it, Fábula is a reference brand in Chile, Latin America and one of the production companies with the longest history in the North American market. Awarded and recognized, the company of the brothers Pablo and Juan de Dios Larraín has been able to combine the production of content for television with cinema, being in fact one of the engines of the seventh art in that country. For Juan de Dios Larraín, this partnership "is part of a natural growth of the production company, where having a partner like Secuoya is key to addressing the local market."

After the entry into the capital of Imizu Producciones, one of the largest production companies in Peru, and the opening of Secuoya USA with headquarters in Miami, the group takes another step in its internationalization process by establishing an alliance with one of the most paradigmatic production companies in Chile. Grupo Secuoya's international strategy has a clear objective: to have the capacity to compete globally. To this end, the audiovisual group has acquired an attractive catalogue with which it succeeds in all international markets and seeks the support of partners in each country. The Secuoya network, therefore, is made up of associated production companies, partners in each field, which facilitate entry into the local market.

After the agreement signed in Chile, Secuoya plans future steps with operations in Colombia, Mexico and European countries in order to expand the network of production companies and strengthen their productive capacity by joining the best professionals in each country, where it will also weave alliances for the representation of large and important catalogs for each of the territories.
