TVE and Boomerang begin filming 'Acacias 38'
The series is recorded on 2,600 square meter sets that recreate a stately building in a large Spanish city at the end of the 19th century.
TVE and Boomerang TV have started filming the new series Acacias 38. The production is named after the stately portal where the stories will take place. This daily and choral project will be set in 1899, and tells what happens in a bourgeois building from the late 19th century located in a neighborhood full of varied situations.
The new La1 after-dinner series is based on an original idea by Susana López Rubio, Aurora Guerra, Miquel Peidró and Josep Cister. It has an ensemble cast made up of more than 20 main characters who will be played by Sheyla Fariña, Roger Berruezo, David Muro, Iago García, Arantxa Aranguren, Carlos Serrano-Clark, Sara Miquel, Inés Aldea, Marc Parejo, Sara Herranz, Sandra Marchena, Mariano Llorente, Alba Brunet, Marita Zafra, Anita del Rey, Juanma Navas, Cristina Abad, Inma Pérez-Quirós, Amparo Fernández, Raúl Cano, María Tasende, Miguel Diosdado, Aurora Sánchez and Andrea López.
