‘Presumed guilty’, the new series from Atresmedia and Boomerang, moves its filming to Paris
The production has moved a crew to French lands to film scenes in Parisian locations such as Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville, Pont Marie, Quai de la Tournelle, Pont Neuf or Avenue du President Kennedy.
Presumed Guilty, the original series of Atresmedia Television produced in collaboration with Boomerang Tv (Sea of plastic, The time between seams) is on its way to its third month of filming. Some recordings that are occupying a privileged enclave in the Basque geography and that, in recent days, have moved to the streets of Paris.
The production has sent a team to French lands to record scenes starring Miguel Ángel Muñoz, who plays Jon, the main character of the series.
Among the Parisian locations that have hosted the filming of Presumed Guilty is located the building Cité Internacional des Arts, Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville, Pont Marie, Quai de la Tournelle, Quai de Montebello, Quai de Saint Mmichel, Quai des Grans Augustins, Île Saint Louis, Le Pont du Carrousel, Pont Neuf or President Kennedy Avenue in French territory.
The fiction, which makes its surroundings another protagonist, has been rolling since November in extraordinary natural scenes located in the Basque Country. Bilbao, San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, La Reserva de Urdaibai, Mundaka, Bermeo and the Gernika estuary are among the enclaves that have hosted the filming of this new original series from Atresmedia Televisión since November.
Alleged guilty this directed by Alejandro Bazzano, Alberto Ruiz Rojo and Menna Fité. Javier Holgado, Carlos Vila and Susana López Rubio are responsible for its script and Josu Incháustegui is its director of photography.
An unsolved crime
The series is a thriller that revolves around an unsolved crime, where everything is questioned and in which the innocence or not of the protagonist will constitute the main plot. Set in a small, idyllic fishing village in the Basque Country, Presumed Guilty tells the story of Jon Arístegui, a researcher who lives in Paris and who, after a terrible event, will be forced to return to the town where he was born and which he abandoned ten years ago.
There he will have to face the ghosts of his past and a mystery that was never solved: the disappearance of his girlfriend, Anne.
Begoña (Susi Sánchez) and Salvador (Pablo Scola) are the parents of Jon (Miguel Ángel Muñoz), who has three brothers: Ainhoa (Itziar Atienza), Iñaki (Carlos Serrano) and Javier (Eduardo Rosa).
Anne (Alejandra Onieva), Jon's missing girlfriend, will be the guiding thread of the entire story of the series, in which she will appear through flashbacks. His parents are Amaia (Elvira Mínguez) and Julen (Josean Bengoetxea) and his siblings: Eneko (Kiko Rossi), Maite (Carol Rovira) and Joseba (Iñaki Font).
