Klotz debuts its new Touchstone universal controller

This touch screen controller is fully configurable for flexible and easy control of numerous studio and broadcast operations.

And NAB 2015, Klotz will introduce its new fully configurable Touchstone universal controller. The surface design offers flexible, tactile control for safe and easy operation.

Designed using Touch'n Tactile technology, which provides operators with advanced ergonomic control and instant access to signal processing and all data, this panel has LCD displays improving its ease of use.

Equipped with common interfaces, it allows control of radio, audio and video processors, mixers and matrices from the same device. Touchstone also uses associated data to manage video, images and text from the same system to control signal processing, routing or other applications.

Touchstone controllers are equipped with low-power processors running embedded operating systems. They are equipped with USB, Ethernet and RS 232 for communication with external networks and for technical control of radio programs from the same device. The system also allows control, transmission codecs from outside, voice cuts, telephone hybrids can be controlled and monitored from the Touchstone controllers, as well as audio distribution and routing.
