VSN presents the evolution of content management with VSNExplorer at NAB 2015

VSN Presents at NAB 2015 the latest functionalities for its complete portfolio of solutions (covering media and content management, MCR automation and distribution, and journalist and studio tools) at the important NAB 2015 event (stand SL8006). With the aim of making profitable the material in the form of data that companies accumulate during their activity, VSN has integrated a powerful Business Intelligence (BI) layer into its media management solution. This layer transforms metadata into valuable information to carry out detailed and crucial analyzes to understand the functioning of the company's various resources, presenting detailed reports for the administration, finance and project management departments.

Advanced collaborative work and social networks

To boost collaborative work, users can now upload and download content using the cloud, with transcoding and editable files from the moment they are ingested. This important development comes alongside full integration with Facebook, YouTube and Twitter, allowing for instant delivery of content to social networks. Cataloging of sports and live events

Another of the new VSNExplorer functionalities presented at NAB is its integration with VSNLogger, which allows the cataloging of content directly while it is ingested, which boosts sports and live events environments, collaborative work and distribution to second screens thanks to the significant increase in productivity that it brings. On the other hand, and increasing its possibilities, ingestion and distribution flows with the AS-11 format are now possible.

Total control of the quality of the content

VSNExplorer also offers a new Quality Check (QC) functionality in all the content it manages. This new functionality has been achieved thanks to its integration with the main QC software, such as Baton or Cerify, which allows quality control processes to be carried out both manually and automatically when the material is received.
