Its capitalization will exceed 3,244 million euros. The company's 'free float' may reach up to 66% in the event that, to the shares initially offered that represent 60% of the share capital of Cellnex Telecom, the total exercise of the purchase option (green shoe) granted to the banks is added.

Cellnex Telecom will begin trading next Thursday, May 7. Francisco Reynés, president of Cellnex Telecom, and Tobías Martínez, CEO, will ring the traditional bell at 11 in the morning at the Madrid Stock Exchange Palace.

Martínez recognizes that "the great interest shown by investors during the last two weeks is proof of our leadership position in the market and our potential for future growth. I am convinced that the profile of our investors will be a reflection of the solid long-term project of Cellnex Telecom and we will work together with them in this new phase that we begin on Thursday as a listed company."

The operation will consist of the offer for sale, by Abertis Infraestructuras, the company's sole shareholder, of shares representing 60% of the capital of Cellnex Telecom, expandable in the event that the purchase option (green shoe) is exercised by a maximum number of shares representing 5.9% of the share capital of Cellnex Telecom (which represents 10% of the initial amount of the Offer).

Following the acquisition in March of a significant portfolio of telecommunications towers from Wind in Italy, Cellnex Telecom has become the leading European independent operator of wireless telecommunications infrastructure, with a total portfolio of 15,170 towers, of which 7,472 are located in Spain and 7,698 in Italy.

Cellnex classifies its activities into three areas: site rental, audiovisual broadcasting infrastructure, and network and other services (such as security and rescue force networks, smart cities and the “Internet of Things”).

In 2014, the company obtained revenues of 436 million euros and a gross operating result (EBITDA) of 178 million. Of the total income, the diffusion infrastructure area generated 57% (250.35 million euros); network services, 18% (79.16 million), and mobile telephone infrastructure activity 24% (106.5 million), which meant doubling its weight in relation to 2013, which was 10.5%.
