Director and director Luis Calvo Teixeira dies

El director, guionista y realizador Luis Calvo Teixeira (Ceuta, 1936) ha fallecido en Marbella (Málaga). Aunque sus inicios tuvieron más relación con la literatura, tras ver un programa de Adolfo Marsillach, se dio cuenta de que con un poco de talento se podía hacer mucas cosas en la recién nacida televisión.

On the occasion of Expo 92 in Seville he wrote and directed the documentary series Universal Expositions, the world in Seville that was broadcast by TVE. Pilar Miró also entrusted this professional from Ceuta with the direction of TVE programs for the Fifth Centenary.
