Martin launches the M-DMX interface, included in two new lighting control packages
As a hardware nucleus of the M-PC 2U and Lightjockey 2 packages with M-PC+, this new interface allows lighting control from the Martin software and a small PC or as an element to expand DMX universes from the M series consoles.
Martin Professional He has announced the launch of a new system that complements the brand's offer in regards to lighting control. This is the M-DMX interface. This hardware, designed to connect lighting control software to DMX Universes, is supplied in two new lighting control packages: the M-PC 2U and the one composed of the Lightjockey2 software with M-PC+.
Martin's M-DMX is a robust device built in extruded aluminum, which includes two DMX XLR 5 ports. Both ports are compatible with remote device management (RDM), which allows communication with lighting elements. The two also accept DMX entry for remote playbacks control and for the capture of existing lighting tas.
The M-DMX also has a USB connection, a K-Lock safety systems slot, it presents an stackable design, LED indicators and opto-to-air outputs. This interface is compatible with the Lightjockey2 and M-PC software, with all M series consoles, with the Fixture Upload software and offers full compatibility with the previous Martin USB Duo-DMX interface, all of Martin Professional references.
The M-PC 2U package includes the M-DMX interface and a special USB cable that prevents tangles. It is a professional kit, compatible with the M-PC software and licensed to manage 2 DMX universes. As the latest incorporation into the prestigious M-Series family of Martin, the M-PC 2U package is the most profitable lighting control software of its category.
The lightjockey2 package with M-PC+ includes the M-DMX interface, a special USB cable that prevents possible tangles and a USB key, licensed to manage 4 DMX universes using the lightjockey 2 and m-PC software. It also includes a 180 -day license of the Martin Showdesigner 6 Lite lighting simulation program.
