The films of the Seminci of Valldolid will shine with Christie

From October 24 to 31, the Valladolid International Film Week (Seminci) will once again have Christie as a projection partner with its distributor Sercine.

The 60th edition of the Valladolid International Film Week (Seminci), one of the most prestigious film festivals in Spain, which this year takes place between October 24 and 31, will once again feature Christie as a projection partner with the help of its distributor Sercine. The main festival venues will be equipped with Christie Solaria Series DLP Cinema digital projectors.

The Calderón Theater, which is the main venue of the festival and hosts the opening, closing and awards ceremonies, in addition to several screenings of the official section, will be equipped with a Christie CP2220 projector, as well as the powerful Christie SKA-3D processor that offers 2D/3D image playback from virtually any content source. There will also be a rectangular Christie MicroTiles video wall in a 6x4 configuration in the entrance hall of this theater that will be used as a powerful visual attraction to display the exhibition programming and other dynamic and corporate content.

Two other Festival venues, the Zorrilla Theater and the Miguel Delibes Auditorium, will each have a Christie CP2215 projector. Finally, the Laboratory of the Arts (LAVA), which also functions as the Seminci projection space, will use a Christie CP2210 projector. All of these projectors will be equipped with Christie's integrated media block (IMB) system.
