Telestream improves streaming encoding with Wirecast 7

The latest version features new output options, GPU accelerated encoding, and an improved interface.

At the end of this month of June, Telestream Wirecast version 7, their solution for production and live streaming, will be available to the market.

The new version incorporates new production options, GPU accelerated encoding and an improved interface that allows users to produce and stream from any laptop and with a few clicks to services such as Facebook Live or YouTube.

The system allows multi-camera streaming production, with live titles and encoding.
Tom Prehn, product director at Telestream, highlights that “Wirecast 7 was designed taking advantage of a new architecture with high CPU performance, accelerates streaming encoding using GPU hardware while allowing users to constantly monitor the status of each stream with a graphical diagnostic.”
