Spanish Television uses NexStreaming technology in the development of 360 video apps

The Spanish software company has been providing its player SDK to multinationals such as HBO, CNN, DirecTV or Sky for more than five years.

Spanish Television has chosen NexPlayer SDK technology from NexStreaming to develop the official mobile applications of the XXII Barcelona Manga Fair, which closed at the beginning of the month with a record attendance of more than 140,000 visitors.

To ensure the best 360 video streaming experience on any device, the app includes NexPlayer360 SDK. Available for Android and iOS, the app allows you to play videos in 360 degrees and navigate through them by rotating the device, with Cardboard glasses, or simply touching the screen to rotate and zoom.

This collaboration with RTVE is a new example of the use that the world's most important video service providers make of NexPlayer, joining other use cases such as live sports in 360 format.
