Summus Render will present its new cloud-based virtual animation studio at Siggraph

After attending MIFA (The International Animation Film Market), the animation festival in Annecy (France), which marked its global consolidation, the Spanish company is attending the big event in Los Angeles.

Simple Animation

High Render, one of the main render farms in the world, specializing in animated film, VFX and architectural visualization, maintains its international agenda and will attend the next big event: the 44th edition of Siggraph (stand 230), which will be held from July 30 to August 3 in Los Angeles (USA).

After attending MIFA (The International Animation Film Market), the animation festival in Annecy (France), which marked its global consolidation, the company will present Simple Animation, the new cloud-based virtual animation studio. The presentation will take place on Wednesday, August 2 at 10:30 a.m. at the Los Angeles Convention Center, room 409A.

Siggraph is the world's largest and most influential annual event in computer graphics, interactive techniques and animation. During the five days of the fair there will be numerous conferences with the latest advances in research and demonstrations, educational sessions and screenings will be held with the latest technical achievements. In addition, trade exhibitions are planned to showcase new advances in hardware and software.

Summus Render is a technology company based in Madrid, specialized in massive computing processing. The main business focus is 3D rendering in animation, special effects, architecture or engineering sectors.

The company has provided rendering services to several Goya award-winning animated feature films such as The Adventures of Tadeo Jones (2012) y football (2013) o Capture the Flag (2015) in addition to productions such as Ozzy (2016), Final Fantasy XV (2016) o Animal Crackers y Tadeo Jones 2.

Among other activities, it sponsors the Summa3D animation contest, actively supporting the sector in Spain by participating in the rendering of animated shorts, among which stand out Blue & Malone, Detectives Imaginarios (2013, nominated for a Goya), Just the beggining (nominated for a Goya 2015), in addition to participating in the production of short films such as The Ferris Wheel (2017) among others.

Its computing center has been awarded the Data Center Market 2013 and Datacenter Dynamics 2014 awards, a prestigious international award for innovation in the micro data center.
