Stryme will present Genesix v2, its IT-based playout, at IBC

The Austrian Stryme will present at IBC 2011 its new generation of its playout solution based on IT Genesix. This new generation will offer new tools and improvements such as client/server-based architecture.

This new generation will offer new tools and improvements such as client/server architecture, rich programming, character generator, fully automated workflows and traffic management on a new redundant hardware server.

A la hora de programar la nueva playlist, mediante un calendario al estilo de interfaz de usuario de programación, permite una planificación tan fácil como crear citas de Outlook.

La nueva automatización proporciona funciones automatizadas, como llenar espacios en blanco, trigeado de GPI-CG o inserción del logotipo. El servicio de gestión del tráfico mantiene el almacenamiento de vídeo local del servidor de emisión hasta al día y recupera los archivos de contenido necesario de almacenamiento central de forma automática.

Junto con Stryme Playout Automation Server también actualiza el Playout Studio Genesix, ahora con VDCP y soporte LTC / VITC. La solución de ingesta se convierte ahora en funciones como registrador de eventos, ingesta programada y edición mientras continúa la ingesta con codecs adicionales (Apple ProRes, DNxHD).
