Winner of three Goya Awards for Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, Nobody Will Talk About Us When We're Dead and All About My Mother, the prolific editor from La Mancha is the subject of a series organized in collaboration with El Deseo PC.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences will organize a series with some of the films of veteran editor José Salcedo, recognized this year with the Academy's own Gold Medal. Salcedo won three Goya Awards for Women on the verge of a nervous breakdown, No one will talk about us when we are dead y All about my mother, the prolific editor from La Mancha is the subject of a cycle organized in collaboration with El Deseo PC.

What have I done to deserve this? –September 6–, The fencing master –day 7–, No one will talk about us when we are dead –September 13–, bad education y Women on the verge of a nervous breakdown – day 22, at 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., respectively, Akelarre –25th– and Leo –September 29th–, are the productions of this cycle dedicated to Salcedo (Ciudad Real, 1949), who edited his first film at the age of twenty-three and, since then, has appeared in the credits of more than 150 titles.

All screenings will begin at 7:00 p.m. (free entry with invitation until capacity is reached). Invitations can be collected on the same day of their screening at the Film Academy headquarters in two shifts: half of the tickets starting at 10:00 a.m. and the other half from 3:30 p.m. (maximum two invitations per person).
