BIT Experience 2017 will take the pulse of Ultra High Definition and HDR in a panel of experts
A panel of experts will analyze the current situation of UHD/4K and the new advanced functions on October 5. Pere Vila (RTVE), Miguel Pingarrón (SES), Fernando Muro (Sony), Guillermo Niño (Dolby) and Jorge Rodríguez (Hispasat) will participate.
Next October 5 (10:20 am) within the framework of BIT Experience 2027, a round table will take place in which the current situation of Ultra High Definition and new advanced functions such as advanced High Dynamic Range (HDR), Higher Frame Rate (HFR) and Next Generation Audio (NGA) will be addressed.
Este coloquio se enmarca dentro del programa de las jornadas internacionales que tendrán lugar los días 4 y 5 de octubre en Feria de Madrid y en la que participarán más de cuarenta ponentes al mal alto nivel de la industria audiovisual, digital y multimedia.

The demand for 4K in the world is growing, with the sale of televisions increasing by 23% compared to 2016 and very good prospects for 2020. The supply of content is also increasing with new channels and the production of more and more hours in Ultra High Definition. What is the state of the art of 4K? Is HDR really successful? How should the value chain of the digital world work for a resounding success of 4K? These are just some of the questions that this panel of experts will address, including representatives of television stations, manufacturers and satellite operators.
