Object Matrix will facilitate Mediapro storage on both sides of the Atlantic

MatrixStore is a digital content management and object storage platform that provides its clients with intelligent workflows that allow content to be stored, audited and tracked securely.

Mediapro has implemented MatrixStore, the object storage and digital content management platform of Object Matrix to improve efficiency and global collaboration.

Tasked with delivering a dozen channels as well as live coverage of football from LaLiga, Mediapro resorted to Unitecnic to unite its offices in both the United States and Europe. The integrator implemented MatrixStore, which keeps content secure while ensuring well-defined access controls, audit trails, and business continuity. In this way, professionals located in different locations can have instant access to the same content on both sides of the Atlantic.

Xavi Verd, CTO of Unitecnic, an integration subsidiary of the Mediapro group, highlighted that "we are extremely confident in our new object storage system provided by Object Matrix. We identified that we needed to consolidate our various legacy storage pools into a more robust and scalable unified platform. Managing multiple storage silos not only requires time and resources, but also makes finding and accessing content very difficult. MatrixStore has allowed us to overcome our previous infrastructure challenges and also allows us to audit access and operations on data that were not possible before. This is our first phase of implementing a digital content management platform with Object Matrix, and we look forward to continuing to work with them.”

Ivory tiene un amplio conocimiento tanto del producto como de los flujos de trabajo en media, por lo que jugó un papel clave en la formación de los profesionales que usará esta solución así como en la puesta en servicio por parte de Unitecnic.

Almacenamiento inteligente

MatrixStore es una plataforma de administración de contenidos digitales y almacenamiento de objetos que proporciona a sus clientes flujos de trabajo inteligentes que permiten almacenar, auditar y rastrear contenido de manera segura. Se adapta perfectamente a los múltiples flujos de trabajo de Mediapro, ofreciendo un alto nivel de eficiencia y una fácil expansión a medida que crecen las necesidades.

En la siguiente fase, las instalaciones de Mediapro en EE.UU. y Europa se conectarán, aprovechando la función de replicación nativa dentro de MatrixStore para proyectos de continuidad de negocio eficientes.
