MTV Spain HD comes to Sky
From February 5, 2018, Sky will add MTV Spain HD to its growing list of pay television channels.
Sky announced this morning the incorporation of MTV Spain HD to its growing list of pay television channels, available to subscribers along with the entire catalog of movies and series on demand for only 10 euros per month and without a contract.
MTV, the brand that reflects and creates pop culture with its internationally recognized multiplatform content, which tells stories, discovers music and raises awareness among young people, arrives on Sky on February 5, 2018.
This latest addition reinforces the alliance between Sky and Viacom International Media Networks, which has already added brands such as Comedy Central and Nickelodeon to the offering of Sky channels, as well as on-demand content with Nick Jr. titles, as well-known as Paw Patrol, Dora the Explorer, SpongeBob SquarePants and Ninja Turtles, among others.
As a meeting point for millennial generation, music lovers and big events, Sky makes MTV's internationally recognized content available to its users.
Among other content, Sky subscribers will be able to follow events such as MTV EMA 2018, which will take place on November 4 in Bilbao. In addition to the live channel, Sky subscribers can also enjoy reality shows such as MTV Super Shore, Gandía Shore and other programs from the popular Shore franchise such as Geordie Shore or Jersey Shore, thus strengthening the genre of entertainment reality shows on Sky, after the success of the launch of the OT 24H Channel.
Sky continues to focus on bringing the best of pay TV channels to its Spanish audience, offering new content every day with a wide variety of local and international shows, quality series and iconic films from the main Hollywood studios, as well as Sky Original Productions.
David Nunez, director of Market Development for Sky in Spain, has assured that "MTV is a great addition to our list of channels, which is one more reason for the public to improve their entertainment options with Sky. It is all part of our commitment to offer the best in entertainment to our subscribers in Spain, with flexibility and without a contract for only 10 euros per month."
