The French company specialized in security solutions for mobile and connected devices signs an exclusivity agreement to acquire Verimatrix.

Inside Secure, a French company specialized in security solutions for mobile and connected devices, has signed a exclusivity agreement to acquire Verimatrix, based in San Diego (California, United States).

Verimatrix, which employs more than 300 people in 20 countries, with major operations in California and Germany, is a provider of software security for video services. Its security solutions are recognized for their comprehensive support of multiple networks and for maintaining the integrity of end-to-end services.

Verimatrix helps reduce the cost and complexity of current content delivery processes. The company expands its technical innovation for video providers by offering a comprehensive data collection and analysis platform for automated real-time Quality of Experience (QoE) optimization that drives security performance monitoring, user engagement and content monetization.

Verimatrix obtained 78.7 million revenues and 14.5 million EBITDA4 in the twelve-month period ended September 30, 2018.
