Telson reinforces its fiction area with the incorporation of Pelayo Gutiérrez
One of the most prestigious sound designers on the Spanish audiovisual scene joins the Mediapro group production company as sound supervisor of the fiction area.
Pelayo Gutierrez, one of the most prestigious sound designers on the Spanish audiovisual scene, has joined as fiction area sound supervisor of Telson Tres60 (Mediapro).
Con three Goya awards y 14 nominations, Gutiérrez is leading an important human and technological renewal of the veteran post-production studio, whose sound division has expanded its team of professionals in line with its trajectory of evolution within the sector.
Together with Pelayo Gutiérrez, Telson has incorporated renowned professionals from the sector into its fiction sound team, among which stand out Eduardo Castro, sound supervisor with two Goya Award nominations, winner of the Macondo Award, nominated for the Golden Reel Awards and with more than 75 sound films; Alberto Ovejero, sound mixer and dubbing specialist, with two nominations for the Goya Awards and the Argentine Academy Awards, with more than 90 sound films; Ana Belén Martín, sound production coordinator and responsible for more than 75 films and series; Miguel Huete, editor of more than 40 films and series; Abraham Fernandez, editor and ADR recording technician; Miriam Pedregal, sound assembler; Ana Caparros, sound auxiliary; Valeria Arcieri, dialogue editor and mixing assistant; and Defender Martínez, Foley artist with more than 75 films and series.
The incorporation of new talent to its fiction sound team reaffirms Mediapro's willingness to bet on quality content and coincides with one of the most important technological renewals in Telson's almost 45-year history, which will expand its current offering of sound design rooms (with new certifications in Dolby Atmos Home), dialogue editing and Foley rooms.
