With filming completed, the editing process is now underway.
Tomé Roca, together with the Deputy for Economic and Social Promotion, Pablo Rivera, received this Thursday in San Marcos a large representation of the creation and filming team of this globally successful Galician fiction, which was translated into more than 30 languages and which in its second season has the province of Lugo as the protagonist. The president stressed that collaborating with The Taste of Daisies It represents a great opportunity for the international projection of the landscape and cultural wealth of the province. "It is a very effective way to make our land known, to encourage tourism, to reach others. I am convinced that the English and Irish, who placed The Taste of Daisies As one of their favorite series on Netflix, thanks to this fiction they will have more reasons to want to know the province of Lugo and to come visit us,” said José Tomé.
The series team that participated in the reception and the media press conference was made up of Ghaleb Jaber Martínez, executive producer, creator and screenwriter; Concha Fontenla, production director; Eligio Montero y Rachel Arias, screenwriters; Anthony Pereira, art director; Saints Please e David Seijo, actors; and Ana Ferreirós, responsible for institutional relations. The executive producer of O Sabor das Margaridas thanked the Provincial Council for “the commitment to audiovisuals as a means of making the land visible.” "You are doing a good job by serving as a shuttle for Galician audiovisuals. Galician audiovisuals, made in Galician, are important for our land, because they promote an economic, linguistic and cultural industry," said Ghaleb Jaber.
