The platform aims to help "structure a very atomized sector on an equal basis, combat its historical discrimination, whether structural and/or diffuse, improve the conditions of visibility of women and increase their professional offer so that effective equality of opportunities between men and women occurs in a very disaggregated professional field that, in addition, suffers from notable sectoral fragmentation and great geographical dispersion.
