AJA expands its family of 12G-SDI mini-converters

He FiDO-T-12G-ST and the FiDO-R-12G-ST now allows single channel conversion between 12G-SDI and Fiber ST; The HA5-12G-T-ST and Hi5-12G-R-ST support conversion between HDMI 2.0 and 12G-SDI and Fiber ST; and the 12G-AMA makes it easy to embed and de-embed 12G-SDI analog audio, with a range of models available for transmitting and receiving signals over 12G-SDI BNC, LC Fiber or ST Fiber.

On the other hand, the FiDO-T-12G-ST is a single-mode 12G-SDI ST fiber channel transmitter, with 12G-SDI loop-out. With dual 12G-SDI output, the FiDO-R-12G-ST is a single-channel, single-mode Fiber ST to 12G-SDI receiver. All models include ST connectors and have compact profiles for small spaces.

HA5-12G-T-ST

He HA5-12G-T-ST converts HDMI 2.0 a 12G-SDI for outputs single link 4K/UltraHD e includes ST 12G fiber connectivity to transport signals over long distances. Hi5-12G-R-ST is a mini 12G-SDI to HDMI 2.0 converter with 12G ST fiber connectivity that supports up to 60p for 4K/UltraHD. Unique HDR support includes HDR10 metadata in accordance with HDMI 2.0/CTA-861.3, as well as HLG over HDMI.

As for the 12G-AMA is a 4-channel analog audio embedder/de-embedder with support for BNC 12G-SDI input and output up to 4K/UltraHD. Both the embed and de-embed functions are active simultaneously, and the supplied connection cable offers a 4-channel balanced XLR input and output. 12G-AMA is also available with 12G LC fiber transmitter, receiver and transceiver models, as well as ST 12G fiber transmitter and receiver models.

These new AJA mini converters operate on 5-16VDC power (with the included DWP-U-R1 universal power supply) and are backed by AJA's industry-leading support and five-year warranty.

Lastly, AJA has launched new modules SFP FIBERST-1RX-12G y FIBERST-1TX-12G. The FIBERST-1RX-12G is now available for AJA 12G-AMA and Hi5-12G and the FIBERST-1TX-12G is compatible with AJA 12G-AMA and HA5-12G.
