These are all the winners of the 2020 Ondas Awards

Among the winners, Michael Robinson, Joaquín Sabina, Fernando Ónega, the three actresses who bring 'Veneno' to life, the actor Enric Auquer, MasterChef, Patria, Mira lo qué ha hace and Carrusel Deportivo.

Ondas Awards 2020

Radio Barcelona (Cadena SER) announced this Wednesday the jury's decision for the 67th edition of the Waves Awards.

Since its founding in 1954, the Ondas Awards have maintained the objective of recognizing and promoting radio, musical and television productions that, both nationally and internationally and in all their genres and formats, provide innovative elements and improve the audience's experience.

In this edition it has participation record broken surpassing 490 applications from 20 countries around the world.

Among the entries received, the National Radio category stands out especially with the record number of nominations, as well as the award for Best Podcast or digital broadcast program on the fifth anniversary of its creation. A new record of entries is also established in the National Television category, which in this edition, as a novelty, distinguishes the different genres of Spanish series that until now were concentrated in a single award: Best Comedy Series and Best Drama Series, and also incorporates a new award for Best Documentary or Documentary Series.

  • Special mention from the jury for 'By all means' by RAdio Caracas on its 90th anniversary (Venezuela)

  • Special mention from the jury for ‘Beethoven’s ninth: symphony for the world by Deutsche Welle, ZFD and Arte (Germany)

National radio awards

  • Ondas national radio award for the best radio program (ex aequo) for 'Sports Carousel' of Being and for 'Play Time' by La Cope
  • National radio waves award for career or best professional work for Fernando Onega, from Onda Zero
  • National Radio Waves Award for the best radio idea for ‘Radio Vital’, Residence and Day Center of Los Llanos Vital'
  • National Radio Waves Award for the best special programming fors 'Information services' of La Ser
  • National Radio Waves Award for the best podcast or digital broadcast program for ‘XRey’ they Spotify
  • National Radio Waves Award in the category of special jury award for 'You huh!' from Los 40 directed and presented by Cristina Bosca and Dani Moreno 'El Gallo'
  • Special mention from the jury for the episode they ask about you of 'That's not what's talked about' podcast.

  • Ondas National Radio Advertising Award for the Best Pra Radio Campaign 'Refugee wedges' from the Pingüino Torreblanca agency for UNHCR Spain
  • National Ondas Award for radio advertising for the best radio agency for MonoMadrid
  • National Ondas Award for radio advertising in the organization's special award category for 'I think, then I act' by Podium Podcast for Yoigo

  • Ondas national television award for best entertainment program for RTVE's Mastechef
  • National Television Ondas Award for best current affairs program or special coverage for the TVE 2 news for him informative special 'Back to School'
  • National Television Ondas Award for best presenter for Michael Robinson
  • National Television Ondas Award for best presenter for Mavi Donate, RTVE Asia-Pacific correspondent
