Mediaset España increases its stake in ProSiebenSat.1 to 13.2% Media SE
The communication group already has 13.18% of the share capital of the German company ProSiebenSat.1
Mediaset Spain continues to strengthen its presence in the German group ProSiebenSat.1. This Thursday he communicated a relevant fact to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) in which he indicates the purchase of another 3.43% the ProSiebenSat.1 for a value of around 103.9 million euros.
Together with the 5.5% that was acquired in November 2019 and the 4.25% that was acquired in March 2020, Mediaset España already holds 13.18% of the share capital of ProSiebenSat.1. The company operates the ProSieben, Sat.1, Kabel eins and Sixx channels.
