RTVE Impulsa presents its Sandbox on automated monitoring of audiovisual content

On January 28, RTVE Impulsa presents the experiences of the Corporation, Polytechnic University of Madrid, Video-MOS and Ugiat Technologies in terms of automated signal monitoring and application of artificial intelligence techniques.

Next Thursday, January 28, RTVE Promotes will celebrate in the Royal Academy of Engineering (RAI) in Madrid his Sandbox about automated monitoring of signals and application of techniques artificial intelligence.

The event will begin at 5 pm with the institutional intervention of Antonio Colino, president of the RAI and Federico Montero, corporate general director of RTVE.

Adolfo Muñoz, director del Área de Emisión y Redes de RTVE, presentará la II Convocatoria de Impulsa Visión.

Para abordar el planteamiento teórico de la monitorización automática de señales y la aplicación de técnicas de inteligencia artificial la jornada contará con el conocimiento de David Jimenez (ETSIT-UPM).

La experiencia práctica la aportarán dos empresas del sector: Ugiat Techonologies, hand in hand with Francesc Tarrés; y Video-MOS, con Carlos Luque.

Video-MOS está especializada en la medida del MOS para monitorización de la experiencia de usuario de contenidos audiovisuales.

De esta forma permite monitorizar en tiempo real y durante 24×7, la totalidad de los canales de video de los operadores de contenidos de forma automática, asegurando el conocimiento de las circunstancias en las que aún con una correcta calidad de señal de usuario, éste experimenta una deficiente calidad de experiencia de usuario (pixelados, bluring…).

As to Ugiat Techonologies es una empresa, con sede en Barcelona, especializada en visión computerizada, procesamiento de imagen, machine y deep learning y procesamiento de señales de audio.
