Aeq launza talent, an essential tool to make radio from anywhere
This ultracompact audioocodec offers high quality audio, with OPUS coding, from a microphone to the study console, with return to headphones.
After almost a year dealing with contributions from the houses of the broadcasters and collaborators on radio, with the technical complexity that entails, now AEQ launches a tool that will simplify this task by sounding the almost indistinguishable interventions of the generated in the study.
The new AEQ proposal transmits high quality audio, with OPUS coding, from a microphone to the study console, and return to the headphones.
The equipment has other complementary benefits of maximum utility such as the possibility of adding to the microphone a stereo signal from an external connector and a high quality Bluetooth connection, which allows to broadcast and comment concerts, sports or other events, or reproduce audio lists from a phone or a PC and present them.
If the Bluetooth connection is done with a phone, telephone interviews can be conducted, either with a conventional call, or if we want more quality, through applications such as Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom and others. Calls can be incorporated into the program that is sent to the station.
To send the audio to the station, you can use a domestic internet connection, by
ADSL or fiber, or a wireless 3g/4g/5g data connection through a simple Router/Modem with SIM card.
And in situations where there is no IP connection, through the same Bluetooth channel and smartphone, high definition voice (HD voice) can be reached to the study's PC to enter the audio into the program.
Light and friendly
Talent has desktop format and is light and small, about 600 grams and a front of about 20 x 13 cm. Less than half of an A4 paper sheet.
It has a simple frontal control panel with the regulation of the microphone level and headphones, call/pickled button, hanging button, outgoing and incoming signal level indicators and other basic indicators of the equipment status and communication.
And also the "Help" button will call the attention of the station operator. Because the equipment does not need to be operated by the announcer, since all front panel controls are available in two applications: a smartphone store, Talent Pilot, that in addition to controlling the equipment, it also allows you to configure it and establish the connection, if the person who is at the controls has knowledge for it; And another remote, Control Phoenix, which allows you to configure and operate remotely, a AEQ Audiocodecs and other stationary and laptops fleet, so that the user only speaks and does not need to play any button.
Also note that Talent can be delivered to the pre-configured user and ready for use, or can be configured and controlled locally or remotely.
What micros and headphones use?
Headphones and microphones can be chosen with total freedom. In the case of headphones, it can be used with low or high impedance and dynamic and condenser microphones, since it has a Phantom power supply.
The equipment can be feeding directly from the USB output of a PC, or a voltage source between 5 and 12 volts, for example, the battery taking of a vehicle, or a PowerBank. In addition, it is supplied with feeder for the conventional alternate network.
The user can listen to the audio from the station, their own audio without delay, or a mixture of both, and can take these returns in an independent and simultaneous mixture through a line output and a stereephonic bluetooth connection.
Finally, if there are two or three people working in the same location, each can have their talent, connecting them in cascade and thus contribute their locutions and telephone interviews through the same connection to the station.
