El Terrat premieres 'Los locos que no paran la tele' or the story of producing 'television' in the midst of a pandemic from home

La pieza documental, dirigida por Dani Amor, muestra cómo los equipos de ‘Late Motiv’ y ‘La Resistenci’ decidieron seguir haciendo televisión justo después de que se anunciara el estado de alarma por la crisis sanitaria del COVID-19 en España.

Hoy, 15 de marzo, llega al canal de The Terrace en Youtube el documental Los locos que no pararon la tele, la nueva pieza documental creada y producida por The Terrace (The Mediapro Studio) en plena pandemia.

La pieza documental, dirigida por Dani Amor (guionista y creador de la serie ‘Drama) nace de la voluntad y la necesidad de mostrar cómo los equipos de Late Motive y The Resistance, representing all the El Terrat teams along with the support of Movistar+, decided to continue making television just after the state of alarm was announced due to the COVID-19 health crisis in Spain.

The material for this documentary piece, which was recorded almost accidentally to keep a memory of those days, has been kept in a drawer for almost a year. The production company now wants to show it as a beautiful and interesting testimony of a few days that have marked our lives and as a story of a sector that was able to continue working.

“La pasión que le pusimos a los programas que veréis en esta pieza documental no es ni más ni menos que la que le ponemos cada día a nuestros programas, pero entendemos que lo que sucedió en esa semana aciaga es relevante y por eso publicamos el documental. Y lo hacemos en nombre de todos aquellos programas de televisión, de radio, de todos y todas las guionistas, productoras, realizadoras, actores y actrices… y en general de todo nuestro sector, que pudo seguir trabajando en aquellos días extraños, amparándose en el epígrafe de ‘trabajadores esenciales’. No somos ni mucho menos esenciales, pero si no hacemos nuestro trabajo somos bastante ‘insustanciales”, concluye Lillo.
