Dazn Italia launches its own decoder to support the start of Serie A

Those Italian viewers who live in areas where there is no fiber optic connection will still be able to benefit from the offer of Dazn with the purchase of your own decoder.

The Dazn TV Box, which will debut in the Italian market taking advantage of the fact that the company owns the rights to the Serie A 2021-2022, will use the transmission of a specific digital terrestrial channel (409, DAZN Channel) to broadcast the main matches of the competition.

The device, with a fixed cost of €139, also allows internet connection through a smartphone, thus offering an alternative way to Wi-Fi / Ethernet. Those users interested in the device will have to add the monthly cost of the subscription to the platform to that of the TV Box.

The development of DAZN, offered by Digiquest, arrives exclusively to the Italian market. For now, the company has not revealed plans to extend this formula to other markets.
