Ross Video organizes a virtual job fair to continue expanding its team

After exceeding the goal of 1,000 workers at the beginning of 2021, Ross Video has decided to organize a virtual job fair with the aim of advancing its new challenge of reaching 1,250 workers.

The meeting will take place next November 17 and in it a selection of the 100 jobs what Ross Video plans to offer during the next nine months. Cathy McCallion, head of recruitment strategy at Ross Video, elaborates on the appointment: "We have a large number of positions to fill within Ross and these are in a variety of disciplines (commercial and technical), and in several countries. 2021 has been another difficult year for our sector, but we remain committed to our long-term plan for business growth. This plan depends on us recruiting the best people possible and this virtual career event will allow candidates from around the world to meet with specialists from Ross, talk about our company and our culture, and learn more about the exciting industry we work in.”

On the other hand, McCallion highlights how Ross Video has continued its work despite the effects of the pandemic: "We are certainly not downplaying the difficulties the world has faced over the past two years, and it would be disingenuous to do so, but our company remains strong, and it is important that we continue to look to the future.
