Powersoft amplifiers strengthen Christie's Vive Audio range

Christie has given a new boost to its Vive Audio cinema speakers with the addition of a selection of high-end professional amplifiers from Powersoft.

Both systems have the latest advances in mode technology. switched, class D design, prosecution of speakers and high power capabilities. Christie will continue to manufacture its range of speakers Live Audio (compatible with leading formats such as Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, 7.1 and 5.1 surround sound) for who's audio, including your speakers LA and LS series, as well as their S Series subwoofers.

Powersoft's Duecanali and Quattrocanali amplification platforms feature key technologies such as Smart Rail Management, which helps reduce overall energy consumption in a compact design, or highly useful functions such as digital gain attenuator control o remote on and off. Both models offer 2 or 4 channel platforms, with power sharing, advanced networking, third-party integration capabilities, easy-to-use configuration software, monitoring, control and digital signal processing functionality.

Chris Connett, senior director of business development at Christie Vive Audio, anticipates that his customers will be “delighted with the performance of these amplification platforms to power their Vive Audio installations.” From the other side, Luca Giorgi, sales director of Powersoft, considers its solutions to be “well suited” to power Vive Audio’s “advanced line array cinema speakers.”
