Unilumin and Pixotope will debut an XR solution for the broadcast sector at ISE

The next edition of WHEREAS (January 31 – February 3, Fira de Barcelona) will mark the world presentation of an XR extended reality solution that combines the LED equipment of Unilumin and the software platform Pixotope.

This joint solution will be based on the combination of Pixotope XR Edition, which speeds up and simplifies the configuration and operation of the XR environments, with the Unilumin LED volumes, which today are already used on Televisa México, The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, NBC's New Year's Eve broadcast, the program X Factor from the United Kingdom and Sport Studio de Sky TV. Según apunta la propia Unilumin, sus paneles se adaptan a la perfección a los requisitos de los entornos XR al contar con un diseño “de alta tecnología con píxeles pequeños” que ayuda a preservar la calidad de la salida de la imagen en entornos XR, “optimizando la experiencia del espectador”.

Unilumin y Pixotope presentarán la solución XR en el stand de Unilumin en la feria Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2023, que se celebrará en Barcelona del 31 de enero al 3 de febrero. El showcase incluirá demostraciones de Pixotope XR Edition alimentando un escenario Unilumin LED XR de volumen de dos paredes. Los asistentes a la feria podrán comprobar las ventajas que las pantallas Unilumin aportan a los flujos de trabajo y entornos XR gracias a su alta HD refresh rate, wide viewing angle, fewer sweep lines and moiré, with contents in the screens synchronized with the camera to reduce lag and the delay.
