Moncada y Lorenzo, European Tier S for the Teradek and SmallHD brands

His more than seventy years importing, distributing and selling audiovisual equipment of the main manufacturers of the market, as well as their intense work in advice and put in macha projects, they have earned him Moncada and Lorenzo what Teradek and SmallHD Trust your repair service by granting the ‘Tier S’ seal in Europe.

With this certification granted by two of the group's main brands Creative Solutions, Teradek and Smallhd, Moncada and Lorenzo is authorized to make repairs of products in guarantee or outside it for equipment from the European Union.

The Repairs Center is located at its Madrid facilities and will be formed as Unique center in Spain specialized repairs for these brands.

To facilitate the Management of repair applications, Moncada has launched a web page from which they can be processed in a simple way to process up to three repairs at the same time in a single application for products with or without guarantee.

With this new project, the users of Teradek and Small will now have a technical service with the experience of the Moncada and Lorenzo engineering team with a all confidence support.

To request a repair, users will only have to fill in a form with which Moncada will grant a repair number. Then it will be enough to send the equipment to repair with the repair number, then passing the technicians to send a budget per mail. As reparation will be accepted.
