Moncada and Lorenzo, European Tier S for the Teradek and SmallHD brands

His more than seventy years importing, distributing and selling audiovisual equipment from the main manufacturers in the market, as well as his intense work in consulting and implementing projects, have earned him Moncada and Lorenzo what Teradek y SmallHD trust in its repair service by granting it the 'Tier S' seal in Europe.

With this certification granted by two of the group's main brands Creative Solutions, Teradek and SmallHD, Moncada y Lorenzo is authorized to carry out repairs on products under warranty or out of warranty for equipment coming from the European Union.

The repair center is located in its facilities in Madrid and will be formed as only center in Spain specialized in repairs for these brands.

To facilitate the repair request management, Moncada has launched a website from which up to three repairs can be processed in a simple way at the same time in a single request for products with or without warranty.

With this new project, Teradek and Small users will now have a technical service with the experience of the Moncada and Lorenzo engineering team with a trustworthy support.

To request a repair, users will only have to fill out a form with which Moncada will provide a repair number. Next, it will be enough to send the equipment to be repaired with the repair number, and the technicians will then send a quote by email. As it is accepted, the repair will begin.
