Fujifilm - SX1600

The new Fujifilm SX1600, initially aimed at surveillance and inspection functions, but with possible interesting applications in the audiovisual industry, joins the SX series of long-range cameras with integrated lens.

The new SX1600 It is a camera long range with integrated objective which supports the effective image size of 1/1.8 inch. With an effective image size of 1.1 inches, its Full HD video is generated from a 4K equivalent data volume.

The system has twice the focal length range of the SX800, spanning from 40mm wide angle until the 1600 mm telephoto lens. The use of new sensor control technology allows the effective image size to be enlarged and the focal length extended to the equivalent of 20mm. The solution also allows applying a up to 2x digital zoom to reach the equivalent focal length of 3200mm, which means that the camera can offer a zoom of up to 160x to cover focal lengths from 20mm to 3200mm, which would allow the capture of a vehicle license plate on a car about 2.5km away or even a person standing about 3.5km away.

The SX1600 is equipped with a newly developed image stabilization system which enables cooperative control of optical image stabilization (OIS) and electronic image stabilization (EIS) to precisely correct image shake. Equipped with a High-precision, high-speed AF that allows you to focus in just 0.1 seconds, and with a function of haze and fog reduction, the SX1600 is capable of capturing your subject instantly and recording it with incredible clarity.

Fujifilm continues to develop innovative products that meet the needs of customers and markets through the use of proprietary optical technology nurtured through the development of various lenses, including 4K/8K compatible broadcast lenses and cinema camera lenses, as well as cutting-edge image processing technology adopted by the GFX and X series of digital cameras.
