Representatives of the Film Academy, key names from different institutions and nearly 190 nominees have been part of the nominees meeting of the Goya Awards 2024, held in Madrid.

Los filmmakers, J.A. Bayona, David Trueba, Isabel Coixet, Alejandro Rojas, Alejandro Marín, Pablo Verger, Juan Sebastián Vasquez, Carla Simón, Mabel Lozano, Claudia Pinto, Maite Alberdi, Isabel Herguera, Itsaso Arana, Estíbaliz Urresola and Eulalia Ramón; the interpreters, María Vázquez, Malena Alterio, Laia Costa, Carolina Yuste, Clara Segura, Luisa Gavasa, Itziar Lazkano, Anne Gabarain, Janet Novás, Alberto Ammann, Enric Auquer, David Verdaguer, Manolo Solo, Hovik Keuchkerian, Alex Brendemuhl, Juan Carlos Vellido, Hugo Silva y Jose Coronado; loss musicians, Rigoberta Bandini, Vetusta Morla, Xoel López; the producers Chelo Loureiro, María Zamora, Sandra Tapia, Iván Miñambres, Marisa Fernández Armenteros and Valérie Delpierre, and the special effects specialist Laura Pedro, among many others, attended this event that precedes the gala in which the Goya awards will be awarded, a ceremony that will take place on February 10 in Valladolid.

Recognized by the Academy with the Goya of Honor in 2017 for her entire career, Ana Belén, and Los Javis, the creative tandem of Javier Ambrossi and Javier Calvo, will be the responsible for conducting the Goya gala which will be held next February 10 in Valladolid with the production of Gestmusic (Banijay). At the gala, beyond presenting the iconic awards to the best movies of the year, the figure of the historic director of photography, film restorer and researcher will be recognized Juan Marine.

Until the celebration of the big night of Spanish cinema, the city of Valladolid will support the event with numerous activities: two exhibitions; screenings of the nominated films accompanied by meetings with their authors and/or protagonists; educational and social activities; giant goyas in the streets; city ​​lighting, and a photocall at City Hall, among other initiatives.
