The Nominees Gala begins the countdown to the Goya 2016

On the eve of the Spanish cinema awards gala, those competing for a statuette between excitement and nerves have attended the now traditional Nominees Gala.

Last night, the now traditional Nominees' Dinner for the 30th edition of the Goya Awards took place in the Crystal Gallery of the Cibeles Palace, headquarters of the Madrid City Council, to be held on Saturday, February 6.

The event was attended by most of the nominees in addition to Celia Mayer, delegate of the Government Area of Culture and Sports; Lorena González Olivares, director of the ICAA; Jaime de los Santos, general director of Cultural Promotion of the Community of Madrid; Anunciada Fernández de Córdova, director of the Culture and Tourism office of the Community of Madrid; Isabel González, spokesperson for the Popular Group of the Madrid Assembly; Rita Maestre, spokesperson and coordinator of the Government Board and Relations with the Plenary of the Madrid City Council; Luis Cueto, general coordinator of the Madrid Mayor's Office; Gracia Querejeta and Edmon Roch, vice presidents of the Film Academy and Porfirio Enríquez, general director of the institution.

Eleven days before the Spanish cinema awards gala, those competing for a statuette between excitement and nerves have attended the traditional meeting.

The menu was composed of a cream of snow peas and confit leeks, a smoked salmon belly tartar, guacamole and seaweed as a first course, stewed ox cheek with potato cream and green asparagus sprouts as a second and for dessert, puff pastry cake with toasted yolk and apple.

En un ambiente de lo más distendido y con la majestuosidad de la Galería de Cristal del Palacio de Cibeles, con escenografía para la ocasión desplegada por Elenco, como marco los invitados a esta recepción pudieron intercambiar impresiones de cara a los premios más importantes del cine español. Al final, un dron capturaba la ya tradicional foto de familia.
