'Close your eyes', favorite of the 79th edition of the CEC Medals

The Gala of the CEC medals, awards granted by the Circle of Cinematographic Writers since 1946, already has a list of nominees headed by 'Cerrar los ojos' by Víctor Erice with 12 nominations.

The 79th edition of the CEC Awards, the oldest awards from Spanish critics, distances itself from the Goya Awards exalting the work of Victor Erice in close your eyes con 12 applications. The first two are nominated for the category of best movie along with 20,000 species of bees of Estibaliz Urresola (6 nominations) and Robot Dreams, the animated odyssey of Pablo Berger (5 nominations).

The delivery gala of the CEC Medals is scheduled for Monday, February 5, 2024 starting at 7:00 p.m. During the next few dates all the details of the event will be known, as well as the usual honorary awards.
