'Cerrar los ojos', best feature film at the 3rd Carmen Awards
El palmarés de los III Premios Carmen of the Academia de Cine de Andalucía reconoce ‘Cerrar los ojos’ de Víctor Erice como Mejor Largometraje del año, mientras que Patricia Ortega se lleva el galardón a Mejor Dirección por ‘Mamacruz’.
The Casa Colón de Huelva ha acogido la gala de entrega de los III Premios Carmen, cita con la que la Academia de Cine de Andalucía reconoce el talento cinematográfico realizado por intérpretes, realizadores y productoras procedentes de la Comunidad Autónoma. A lo largo de la noche se entregaron un total de 25 galardones, siendo uno de ellos el Premio Carmen de Honor a José Luis Gómez, actor and theater director.

It has also stood out Tin & Tina with awards in the categories of Best Art Direction (Vanesa de la Haza), Best Costume ex aequo (Lourdes Fuentes, shared with Consuelo Bahamonde and Andrea Escudero by The wait) y Best Cinematography (Alejandro Espadero AEC); Iberia, infinite nature, con Carmen a Best Documentary Feature Film already Better Sound (Jorge Marín); The wait, winners of Best Male Lead Performance (Victor Clavijo) and Best New Male Performance (Antonio Estrada), and Dryers, who takes the Carmens to Best Original Music (Paloma Peñarrubia) and Best Special Effects (Amparo Martínez).
The evening's record is completed with the Best Adapted Screenplay for José Antonio Hergueta and Regina Álvarez Lorenzo for Caleta Palace; the Best New Female Performance for Lupe Mateo Barredo for Andrea's love; the Best Original Song for “I am as I am” by Miguel Rivera in As God commands; he Best Non-Andalusian Feature Film to The snow society by J. A. Bayona; he Best Fiction Short Film to Lava, and the Best Documentary Short Film to Mothertruckers.
