Christie to debut its new CP2406-RBe projector, with Phazer lighting, at CinemaCon 2024

At the 13th edition of CinemaCom 2024, which will take place at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas between April 8 and 11, Christie will present for the first time the new CP2406-RBe projector, equipped with Phazer lighting, and the latest in laser projection, such as the CP4435-RGB projector and the award-winning Cinity Cinema System.

Brian Claypool, executive vice president of cinema at Christie, highlights that "the Christie team will be available to our clients to answer questions and concerns about the latest innovations and explain the improvement of the audience experience and the final result that our solutions and alternatives make possible. At CinemaCon we will showcase the latest in cinema presentation technology. The impressive array of solutions on display at the event will reflect our 65-year history serving the cinema industry, with solutions ranging from 2K and 4K RGB projectors with laser light sources to obtain the better image quality and optimize the total cost of ownership, to premium large format cinema (PLF).”

In the Milano Ballroom I, visitors will find the latest in cinema solutions, with the CP2406-RBe playing a leading role. The new projector improves image performance in small, high gain screens. Along with it, the latest advances for PLF auditoriums will be presented, including sound Live Audio.

The manufacturer will also invite visitors to take a seat in the Milano Ballroom V to witness first-hand the CP2406-RBe. The projector, which incorporates Phazer lighting technology and the new Cinelife+2K electronic platform from Christie, combines the most advanced features with exceptional value.

Also illuminating the screen of the Milano Ballroom V we will see the projector in operation CP4425-RGB of pure laser by Christie. With lighting Real|Laser y CineLife+ ultra-fast electronic processing, the CP4425-RGB brings the premium movie experience to mainstream movie theaters. Real|Laser lighting enables Christie pure laser projectors to achieve the highest levels of operational efficiency, generating 50% more lumens per watt than their equivalents on the market, thereby reducing energy costs.

And to familiarize themselves with the premium experience, exhibitors will be able to learn more about the Cinity Cinema System: an advanced format, conceived for the PLF sector, which brings together a unique integration of 4K resolution, 3D, high brightness, HFR, HDR, wide color gamut display capabilities and immersive sound. The system improves overall quality with sharper images, more vivid chromaticism, immersive sound and more fluid movement, guaranteeing an unforgettable cinematographic experience.

During CinemaCon, the Professional Services team will report on ChristieCare, the brand's new and expanded range of guarantees that offers a complete protection system and maximum flexibility. They will also offer hands-on demonstrations of Command Station, a new software application from Cinergy, and explain how to keep systems running smoothly on a daily basis.

It provides exhibitors and service providers with powerful tools to monitor system health, track assets, have automatic key delivery, and make decisions based on comprehensive performance reports.
